Koji L\u00e1szl\u00f3 szerint a program hat\u00e1s\u00e1ra \u00e9l\u00e9nk\u00fclhet az alacsony lak\u00e1s\u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9si hajland\u00f3s\u00e1g, ami miatt gyeng\u00e9lkedik az \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151ipar. Az \u00c9VOSZ sz\u00e1m\u00edt\u00e1sai szerint m\u00e1r az \u00e9v v\u00e9g\u00e9ig 10 ezerrel t\u00f6bb lak\u00e1s \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t rendelhetik meg, j\u00f6v\u0151re pedig \u00f6sszesen ak\u00e1r 25 ezer \u00faj otthon is \u00e9p\u00fclhet, mik\u00f6zben az id\u00e9n v\u00e1rhat\u00f3an mind\u00f6ssze 12-13 ezer lak\u00e1st adnak \u00e1t &#8211; emelte ki.<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00faj hitel nemcsak 800 milli\u00e1rd forinttal t\u00f6bb megrendel\u00e9st adhat az \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151iparnak, de emelheti az \u00e1gazatban tart\u00f3san foglalkoztatottak sz\u00e1m\u00e1t\u00a0 \u2013 mondta. Koji L\u00e1szl\u00f3 szerint a hitel kifejezetten alkalmas arra, hogy az \u00faj lak\u00e1sok, h\u00e1zak \u00e9p\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9t seg\u00edtse, ugyanis a magyar \u00e9p\u00edt\u0151ipar \u2013 mutatott r\u00e1 \u2013 ma az orsz\u00e1g b\u00e1rmely pontj\u00e1n, \u00edgy Budapesten is k\u00e9pes \u00faj lak\u00f3ingatlant l\u00e9trehozni n\u00e9gyzetm\u00e9terenk\u00e9nt 800 ezer forintos \u00e1ron.<\/p>\n<p>Az \u00c9VOSZ eln\u00f6ke besz\u00e9lt arr\u00f3l is, hogy a magyarorsz\u00e1gi lak\u00e1s\u00e1llom\u00e1ny fenntarthat\u00f3s\u00e1ga szempontj\u00e1b\u00f3l is komoly eredm\u00e9nye lehet a t\u00e1mogatott hitelnek, hiszen annak seg\u00edts\u00e9g\u00e9vel 2027-re el\u00e9rhet\u0151, hogy egy \u00e9v sor\u00e1n ak\u00e1r 30-35 ezer \u00faj otthon \u00e9p\u00fclj\u00f6n.
