Ugyanis lehetetlen \u00e1llapot volt, hogy egy 10 milli\u00f3s orsz\u00e1gban csup\u00e1n 3,6-3,7 milli\u00f3an dolgoznak. M\u00e1ra 800 ezerrel t\u00f6bben, vagyis 4,5 milli\u00f3an dolgoznak, azoknak az int\u00e9zked\u00e9seknek k\u00f6sz\u00f6nhet\u0151en, amelyek megk\u00f6nny\u00edtett\u00e9k a foglalkoztat\u00e1st a munkaad\u00f3k sz\u00e1m\u00e1ra.
