Az eddigi tapasztalatok alapj\u00e1n a centrumok megfelelnek a h\u00e1rom \u00e9ve megfogalmazott elv\u00e1r\u00e1soknak, a strukt\u00fara stabil m\u0171k\u00f6d\u00e9st biztos\u00edt. Megmutatkozott azonban ez eltelt id\u0151szakban, hogy a szakk\u00e9pz\u00e9si centrumok \u00f6sszetett \u00e9s egyre sz\u00e9lesebb k\u00f6r\u0171 szakmai tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9ge fokozottabban ig\u00e9nyli a menedzserszeml\u00e9let\u0171 gazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1st, amely az erre a feladatra kiv\u00e1lasztott, felk\u00e9sz\u00fclt kancell\u00e1rokon kereszt\u00fcl val\u00f3s\u00edthat\u00f3 meg. Az \u00e1llamtitk\u00e1r szerint a kancell\u00e1ri rendszer bevezet\u00e9se eredm\u00e9nyesen t\u00e1mogatja a szakk\u00e9pz\u00e9si centrumok f\u0151igazgat\u00f3it els\u0151dleges feladatuk, az int\u00e9zm\u00e9nyek szakmai tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9ge \u00e9s oktat\u00e1si sz\u00ednvonal fel\u00fcgyelet\u00e9nek hat\u00e9konyabb ell\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1ban.
